Dat deze ook steeds meer en meer in de huidige tijd naar boven komen. We kunnen ze niet meer wegmoffelen, onder de mat vegen. Ikzelf dacht, dat na 2012 de wereld een paradijs zou zijn (na�ef waarschijnlijk), maar niets is minder waar. Ik begrijp nu dat - zoals men in sommige strekkingen in de Vedas verkondigt - het Kaliyuga tijdperk diens laatste stuiptrekkingen uitwerkt (alhoewel hier verschillende meningen over bestaan). En dat eerst de "droesem" van de pot geschept dient te worden om de zuivere instantie te bekomen (alsook in onszelf). We kunnen het niet meer klaar krijgen, geliefde Michael, met enkel affirmaties en/of positief denken (wel heel belangrijk). Maar er dient met aan...

Het mag aanvoelen als een opwaardering of de zachtere loslatingen of, een periode van terugblikken. Het mag ook (doorgaan) rustig schijnen te zijn hoewel ik zal zeggen dat de A-Ha�s niet ophouden. Je mag je gewoon behoorlijk veel dingen realiseren gedurende deze tijd. Het voelt welzeker aan alsof een onbekende stap binnengeglipt is. Dit alleen kan een test/uitdaging zijn � of gewoon een moment. Een deel van deze reis is volledige acceptatie van wat het ook maar is dat je mag ervaren. Wetend en erop vertrouwend dat het het beste voor jou is, en voor het hoogste goede voor allen. Als jij je rusteloos voelt, nou, werk het uit. Doe aan muziek, ga wandelen, doe iets dat geen deel uitmaakt van je dagelijkse routine � of doe een volgend dutje. Jawel! Ben aardig tegen jezelf en ondersteun/verank...

A lot of noncoding RNA is really noncoding! Transcriptomics is still booming -- there is so much awesome data being generated from all those cool instruments (I recently heard one of the newest ones can generate 3000GB of transcriptomic data per sample!) If youve been summarily browsing the biology literature, youve undoubtedly seen reclassification of some "non coding" genes as "coding", via these technologies. And there have definitely been several that have been validated at the protein level. However -- there have definitely been some that have been purported as "coding" via transcriptomics that do not make it to the protein level. Is it because mass spec based protein technologies just cant detect them? This new open paper at JPR takes an in-depth looks at some of these disagreements and concludes --- I feel bad for starting this post this way.
